The videos of the conference ‘Fashion and the Politics of Heritage’ are finally here / Section 1 : Questioning Heritage and Fashion

Back in November 2019, EFHA organized its sixth International Conference, titled ‘Fashion and the Politics of Heritage.’ The conference critically explored the physical and virtual encounters between fashion, culture and history. By assessing the current state of theory-and practice-based research, the conference contextualized the role of politics in these interactions, and investigated their respective fashion narratives. Held in London at LCF, the event was a two-day of enticing conversations that can finally be accessed and enjoyed online.
